Retail Learning Coordinator
Louis Vuitton is searching for a Retail Learning Coordinator based in our New York City office. This role will drive effective execution of the retail training strategy for the Americas, through day-to-day priorities of the LVA Retail Learning team and administrative support of zone-initiated training programs that improve service, influence the transmission of brand vision and values, and elevate soft skills of retail employees. Essential responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the management and maintenance of the Retail Learning SharePoint space to support the larger Retail Learning Community through building effective internal relationships and a persistent attention to detail, organization
- Be responsible for the creation and distribution of training collateral throughout the network managing internal/external vendor relationships, approving samples, budgeting, order processing, distribution planning and execution
- Coordinate zone level training programs in Americas and abroad. Including, but not limited to, maintaining and auditing participant lists, handling invites and post lab follow-up, facilitating travel details and pre-payment of contracts
- Manage vendor set-ups and invoice processing for the zone. Track monthly budget costs, proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
We are eager to speak to individuals that possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in a high-end, luxury retail environment. Experience with both corporate and retail sales and training is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for elevated services and the client experience. This person is a self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities as well as strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, be methodical, meticulous, and high level of quality control.
