Regional Retail Learning Manager, Mid-Atlantic
As a Retail Learning Manager you will plan, implement, and lead innovative training and development programs to meet the needs of the business. We believe people make the difference. Louis Vuitton's Mid Atlantic Region is seeking a dynamic Retail Learning Manager to support our stores in the Pennsylvania and Washington DC Market.
The candidate will need to reside the Washington DC Metro or the King of Prussia market.
To be successful in this role you must be passionate about the client and the team. You will influence and train team members at any level, ideally in a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. You will have a strong background in coaching and development; providing constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed. The Retail Learning Manager is responsible for:
· Preparing and facilitating the LVA Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region's specific needs.
· Supporting the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills by way of observation and coaching.
· Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.
