As the E-Retail Coordinator you will act as a key point of contact for our retail network, partnering closely with our Client Services team based in Brussels, as well as the local Client Development and Supply Chain teams. In addition, you will have frequent interaction with the Digital teams in Paris, building relationships and leveraging tools. You will work alongside the e-Retail Manager and e-Retail Intern to support in the day to day trading of the Louis Vuitton UK website. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must for this role, as well as an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and mindset.
Key role in ecommerce reporting for weekly, monthly and quarterly trade, sharing with wider business
Synthesis reporting for actionable insights to optimise the business, presenting your findings to the e-Retail Manager.
Take ownership of traffic optimisation, making suggestions on ways of improvement.
In collaboration with the e-Retail Intern, compile monthly email marketing reports, analysing the data and sharing best practices.
SEM; involvement in developing strategy in partnership with e-Retail Manager, management of google ads in line with key launches & commercial pushes.
Feed & label optimisation for google shopping, launching campaigns aligned strategic pushes.
Development of SEO strategy & optimisation, working with e-Retail Intern to implement.
Work with the team to determine email marketing strategy, targeting & segmenting, supporting with planning and AB testing, ensuring optimised performance.
Support the testing and development roadmap, carrying out UAT tests
Weekly homepage updates aligned to local strategy, re-wording the editorial aligned to brand guidelines
Perform UAT testing and take on a business user role for key projects, operational & technical developments
Ownership of commercial messaging through the client journey
Responsible for ensuring correct & updated information on key pages; delivery & returns & FAQs
Gathering local content needs for editorial articles, briefing in with relevant teams, following to live
Develop a close relationship with stores and client services, acting as a key point of contact and leveraging your colleagues both locally and in Brussels.
Act as a first line support to the retail network, supporting on e-Retail initiatives where applicable.
Refining and optimising local omni-channel procedures
Play a key role in the digital ambassador programme, promoting digital adoption throughout the business.
Provide stores with insights into click and collect and appointment bookings, using data to aid instore operational management.
Working along side the e-Retail Manager to strategies, implement & project manage third party digital experiences
Working closely with Webmasters team based in Brussels to execute updates & functionality to the website
Be responsible for determining and setting up of push notifications, aligning to local strategy.
Support with testing for new developments, reporting issues to relevant teams
