Between March and the end of October, Louis Vuitton welcomes clients to its Mykonos and Nammos pop-up stores in Greece. Located in this exceptional resort facility, all our head office teams work together to select the best product offering, design the most amazing store, maintain a continuous product flow and celebrate the opening of the stores.
At the height of the summer season, these stores welcome around 30 Client Advisors. A few local hires are made for the season, but also other reinforcements arrive from all over Europe; people like Julia, who came to Mykonos from Milano Rinascente, Fatmir from the Munich flagship store, and Daria, an e-commerce specialist based in Brussels. She explains: “It’s an opportunity to experience the real-world customer journey with Louis Vuitton, learn how our physical stores operate, and improve communication between stores and Client Services”.
It’s also a great opportunity to experience the realities of a completely different kind of store, and a way for these Client Advisors to challenge themselves and sometimes earn themselves a passport to a new job “back home”.
