Position

Our highly successful team in Canada has a unique opening for an experienced, innovative and business focused HR Director (Mat Leave Contract). Reporting directly to the Country Manager of Canada overseeing full scope of HR for the country you will work in collaboration with our retail and corporate partners. This HR Director position will have a vital role in achieving & exceeding business objectives through supporting & driving our employee life cycle in the following areas: talent acquisition, development & management, employee retention & engagement, training, performance management, employee relations, HR systems & processes, policies & procedures& compensation & benefits management.

Profile

Diverse HR experience in Compensation, HR strategic planning, Employee relations and Talent management with a minimum of 15 years in a customer service industry. Extensive knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and a collaborative, business focused agile mindset is key to the success in this role. Elevated communication skills and the ability to juggle changing priorities. Ability to build solid relationships and be a trusted senior leader in the business.
