An Expert Advisor is a true ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on the W&J, category. With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader in W&J, while also selling across the brand, leveraging your advanced sales skills to successfully drive the business and build team confidence in the category. You will be the voice of the W&J, category for Clients and the team in the store, serving as a key business partner to management by providing market data, feedback, industry trends and sales opportunities. By cultivating and developing trusted relationships with existing and new clients, you will guide them to discover the brand, consequently enhancing loyalty to Louis Vuitton and achieving individual and team goals. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience through the delivery of premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise
• Strive to discover our clients and their every need, to guide them across the Brand
• Engage with clients to develop long term relationships and confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services
• Proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals
• Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
• Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
• Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
• Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
• Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity , empathy positively challenge our self and our teams to deliver excellence
• Experience in luxury retail is a plus
