Our Vancouver location is seeking a Watch Ambassador to join our team! The Watch Ambassador will develop and drive the store’s watch business while ensuring every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. With finesse, passion for storytelling, and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader of watches while also successfully selling across the brand. By cultivating and developing fellow team members within this category, you will ensure the team's knowledge, drive, and excitement for the category remain consistent and enhances the client’s loyalty to Louis Vuitton. Profile
A successful candidate will have a validated history of achieving results within a team. Skills in coaching, training and effective communication are essential as well as the ability to empower and influence a team.
The Watch Ambassador is responsible for:
• Achieving individual and team objectives and targets for watches across the store while supporting team members in identifying new watch clients
• Build and implement specific action plans to drive the business and enhance the watch category's performance.
• Continuously develop the teams’ knowledge of the product category, performance in-store, and other relevant business information relating to the category.
