Mission:
As the Warehouse Process and Stock Specialist, you will be essential in managing warehouse operations, optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that stock levels meet the demand requirements of our business.
Your role is supporting the seamless flow of goods to our clients while upholding our luxury standards for speed, efficiency, and reliability.
You will oversee the operations of our logistics and transportation partner, working closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics team, Digital & Client Services team, Finance and IST teams.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics operations and ensure adherence to the company's core logistics model.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners through regular performance reviews.
- Secure accurate and precise inventory management (cycle counting, stock cleaning). Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy in the WMS system versus physical stock counts.
- Analyze warehouse processes for improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or process flows within the warehouse environment and liaise with other departments such as supply chain management, sales, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure alignment on stock levels and delivery schedules.
- Participate in operational efficiency projects and system enhancements.
- Assist in developing strategic plans (for example optimized space utilization within the warehouse) and Train new staff on proper warehousing procedures
- Maintain daily contact with customer service teams to meet evolving client demands.
Profile
Qualifications:
A degree in logistics/supply chain management or equivalent experience preferred. Proven experience in a similar role with an emphasis on process optimization is desirable.
Skills:
• Proficiency in WMS software (Infolog mandatory),familiarity with SAP or ERP systems beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English (German a plus).
• Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable • Computer literate (especially MS Excel), with an affinity for Power BI being advantageous.
