- This role is to contribute to building engaged workforce by enhancing employee experience and executing internal activities and programs for employees.
- Also one of key roles for this position is to ensure smooth & effective internal communication, managing various platforms in a timely manner.
- Coordinate on-boarding / off-boarding process to elevate the employee experience
- Promote/monitor the performance management tool and provide relevant guide and learning session
- Organize promotional material and activities to support Diversity & Inclusion such as International Women’s Day, and develop opportunities associated with D&I within the organization
- Support various talent management activities such as orientation sessions for new employees, corporate learning sessions, etc.
- Coordinate online training platform such as registering new employees, adding new courses available and handling inquiries
- Supporting Talent Manager, develop action plans to build engaged work force
- As a part of Human Resources team, support HR activities for team performance
