The Supply Chain & Retail Operations Manager for the UK, Ireland & South Africa market will play an instrumental role in maintaining operational excellence across our retail network, driving continuous improvement and creating synergies at regional level, overseeing all aspects of product flow and delivering a positive impact on sales, client experience and stock integrity.
Care service & System Management
- Ensure guidelines on repairs, spare-part, quality reports and commercial aspects are mastered & followed by stores
- Recruit, animate & develop the Care Service community within the region jointly with store management
- Organize and lead yearly Care Service academy to build capabilities and support our people’s development
- Supervise and follow-up domestic & international repairs shipments (customs, guidelines, costs, lead time, etc..)
- Support the stores on adoption of new version of our core system
- Proactively suggest potential enhancement of the platform
- Coach operations & front-of-house teams in order to secure an efficient and harmonized use of the system
Project Management
- Partner with store management and store teams to effectively embed omnichannel approach
- Monitor performances and areas of improvements to ensure omnichannel targets are met
- Support the stores on piloting the tools (software & devices) in partnership with IT and Retail Performance departments
- Organizing local events when required in line with established processes or upcoming adjustments needed
Core Logistics Responsibilities
- Nourish the supply chain processes for optimized store inventories and flow management
- Share relevant input to the zone Supply Chain in terms of anticipation/reactivity via regular touchpoints with the Supply Chain, Sales Administration and Product correspondents
- Be an active support to stores on all Reverse Logistics topics (end of collection, obsolete, overstock, re-balancing, International orders, shop-soiled, defectives…) through establishing strong relationship with the Country Product Teams, Zone Supply Chain managers and Stock team in stores
- Monitor & optimize all stock processes and operations in store to ensure they are in line with the Store Operations & Commercial Policies and Louis Vuitton Standards
- Lead all stock reconciliation and reporting for the UK, Ireland and South Africa region
