MISSION
Ensuring that the processes are followed consistently. Support with investigations into stock inaccuracies and feedback to relevant management teams. Work with team on the processes which will promote and maintain stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and investigate Negative stock report, to establish reason for inaccuracy and identify a solution to resolve the discrepancy
- Ensure stock cycle counts are conducted comprehensively and investigate any discrepancies that occur
- Review all On Approvals regularly and liaise with management teams, to ensure compliance and avoid the store being outside of KPI
- Submit all stock adjustments and write offs to the relevant teams, within expected time frames
- Update and maintain the stock. Liaise with buying team to ensure all repairs, returns are processed in a timely manner
- Support the bi-annual stock inventory process, ensuring that the relevant teams are fully compliant with group wide processes governing it
- Perform other duties as required
