OVERALL MISSION As a Retail Learning Manager, you will plan, implement and deliver a structured learning and development program for Louis Vuitton. You will support the needs and vision of business objectives, as well as the learning and development needs of our teams. Through consistent follow up and on-the-job coaching, you will ensure the development of the Store and Team Manager’s leadership skills to lead their retail teams confidently and skillfully. Your expertise and leadership will support our teams to exceed in their roles, with the collective goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated Client experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Working as part of the Learning team, you will translate and execute the corporate training strategies within your defined store(s), partnering with the Management teams across the region. You will define the roll-out plan to best contribute to business growth, supporting our retail colleagues through selling skills, product training and developing their careers.
