The role of the Regional Operations Manager focuses on collaboratively working with the store management teams, the regional teams and the corporate teams on improving operational excellence across the region. Retail Operations is the “go to” person on all store standard operating procedures & ensures the balance between procedural compliance of the network and resource optimization therefore ensuring the retail teams ultimate focus is on enhancing the Client Experience.
