The Louis Vuitton Midwest & Mid Atlantic Regional Team is seeking a Regional Client Relations Director to lead the focus of client relations activities across our stores. This Chicago based role will have a thorough understanding of luxury clientele purchasing behaviors and a proven track record of impacting business and driving client relations strategies and objectives for the region.
Profile
To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed our client's expectations. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within Client Relations with direct clienteling and elevated selling environment experience. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
