JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · To implement all public relations and marketing activities PUBLIC RELATIONS · Coordinate with zone office on press and VIP involved in global/ Pan-Asia events · Liaise closely with local PR agencies · Build strong media relations locally · Responsible for Key Opinion Leader management · Develop and manage product placement and celebrity endorsements · Oversee press rack management · Organize efficient distribution of press rack to the media to maximize editorial coverage (when available) · Maintain and update local publicity calendar on a quarterly or as required basis · Maintain and mange press and VIP database · Assist in the distribution of standard press release and creation of specific press releases relating to activities and events · Compile monthly all clippings and TV representation for dispatch to LVP analyze results and recommend and make recommendations to HK · Monitor budgets and report as required · Monitor media interpretation of press materials ADVERTISING · Liaise and monitor closely the local ad agency to ensure efficient advertising planning and implementation · Oversee of all digital advertising · Work closely with zone office in advertising plan, scheduling, and budget · Identify potential advertising opportunities OTHERS · To identify local marketing opportunities e.g. sponsorship, joint PR/market, etc · To manage and develop communication strategies for image events · Be part of the key stakeholders to plan, organizing and executing of local and regional event
