MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Management Warehouse operation
- Monitor warehouse activities to guarantee the best services and leadtime
to our stores and clients.
- Work closely with warehouse operator to improve our productivity and reliability while keeping a high inventory quality.
- Partner with e-retail team to improve client services and experience.
- Adapt our warehouse processes to support the e-retail growth (capacity, return, additional services)
- Create SOP for new activities
- Animate weekly meeting with warehouse team leaders to follow up on logistics projects and daily business.
Cost follow-up
- Work on total yearly budget and organize the follow-up all over the year of warehouse expenses.
- Key leader for warehouse tenders to keep a high service level.
Green activities
- Member of LVJ Green team to implement necessary actions to reach our Global green commitment.
- Lead local logistics initiatives to minimize our impact on our environment. (energy saving, green packaging, waste valorization, other members training)
Analysis and reporting to Logistics manager and Client services.
- Warehouse operational productivity

- Green KPIs (consumption, waste, C02
