Within the Security Department, you will be in charge of the different aspects of Security associated with the smooth running of our company.
RESPONSILBILITY
- Controlling the security aspects of property projects: new stores, country head quarter, warehouse, workshops
- Monitoring the security of all Japan stores
- Security: monitoring, implementation and control of the number of agents, the costs of the security companies, checking and standardisation of instructions and of tasks
- Invitations to tender: follow up and financial analysis of services requiring people (security, maintenance, transporting money, security cameras) and technical services (video, intrusion, access control, safes, mechanical protections, anti-theft systems)
- Cost control & optimisation
- Implementation and development of terms of requirements and drafting of contracts
- Security audits, loss prevention, reduction of stock shortfalls and the parallel market
- Participation in crisis management/BCP
- Follow up site visits with insurance agents as regards security and fire safety
- Development of connections with the authorities: Fire Dpt, Police Forces, Customs
*including communicatnion with police forces, to disclose properly about personal information like purchase histories
- Technological and regulatory surveillance
- Events: organisation and monitoring of security at events, exhibitions, conventions, seminars and staff sales
- Jewellery: monitoring of procedures, transfers, transportation and exhibition of pieces
- Training sessions on Store Manager security, safety, stock shortfalls, jewellery
- Information protection & confidentiality (company’s confidential matters, new product’s information, client’s information, social media account policy)
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Japanese with business level English.
- Experience in managing physical security vendors and third party contractors
- Work well under pressure while managing multiple projects or events
- Hands on mind set
