Main Missions:
- Accountable for the communication with Business (identification of business needs, secure rollout, …)
- Accountable for the strategic project follow up, and implementation (As store opening, event, application deployment …)

- Budget management
IS&T Management:
- To locally coordinate global or local IS&T initiatives: new applications (testing / pilot / roll out), store projects and IS&T projects.
- To oversee daily activities of head office, stores’ applications, including fiscal / tax free / payment area...
- To ensure an ongoing interaction with the store managers, head office, identify and analyse news need
- To be involved on transverse EMEA Zone projects and initiatives
- To propose, define and manage plans to regularly update/upgrade software and hardware
- To supervise local IT external 3rd partners
- To verify that LV Europe/central IS&T standards are successfully applied and followed
- To verify correct management of security policies & privacy law enforcement
- To ensure a continuous improvement strategy in IS&T support
- Find out Support & Operation synergies between sites in order to optimise deployment, support, allowing budget optimisation.
Support:
- To oversee daily activities of HOs, stores, on applications and IT infrastructures
- To ensure specific support for VIP, and other maison
- To participate and coordinate in local on-site support operations as needed, including site openings, relocations, closures and special projects
- To control that site, via regular visits are conformed to LV Guideline, and define action plan in case of issues. Warranty the good maintenance of site
- To manage the device renewal and the proper management of devices stock
- To organize with local team a level 2/3 of support and be an “advanced user” on main business applications
- Be the link between Central application support organization and users. Organize 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting in case of incidents
- To address productions issues in a timely and efficient manner: perform the necessary investigation and analysis to solve the issue
- To set up follow up on application issues identified by users. To work with Contact’IS (Corporate-Europe support teams) to ensure incidents opened locally are well managed/escalated. Confirm with users’ possible issues not well resolved.

Budgeting
- To work on IS budget construction and IS budget updates
- To monitor expenses and to propose actions to keep them in line with the IS budget
- Ensure the Operation Budget follow-up in collaboration with EMEA
Purchasing
- To authorise and monitor IT purchases, according to validated budget
External suppliers
- To manage contracts and relationships with external suppliers (for IS&T area)
- To schedule regular meetings with main partner to follow activities
- To verify and update Service Level Agreements (SLA) within 3rd parties managed
- To coordinate usage of external suppliers (for IS&T area)
Special Projects
- On demand, to work on specific projects to be defined by European IS&T team
