- Ensure the availability and reliability of middleware platforms.
- Support all integration solution which consists of multiple technologies as ESB with webMethods (SAG), ETL with Talend and API with Mulesoft.
- Ensure the process and organization of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
- Plan and work with technical L4 on designing platform monitoring. Ensure the knowledge transfer between technical experts (L4) and the team.
- Manage a 24/7 managed service supporting worldwide data integration solutions.
- Ensure the service quality from monitoring level to expertise level and guarantee the level of expertise of the team.
- Lead high/critical incident management and ensure proper communication to top management.
- Maintain and update technical documents and SOP to ensure the team following best practices. Able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop and implement process improvements.
- Strong communication skill to handle reporting to top management and to WW support organizations.
