We’re currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be based in Kuala Lumpur to support the General Manager who is responsible for Singapore and Malaysia market. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape and fast paced environment, the incumbent is someone who is highly adaptable, proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations. Profile
• Comfortable interacting with high level executive in a complex matrix environment, and have previously worked in an international coordination as Executive Assistant • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands appropriately • Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism in all interactions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing personality, polite, cheerful and empathic • Proficient in office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
