Overall Mission:
We are currently looking for an E-commerce Intern for the Benelux and Nordics region based in Brussels Head Office, reporting to the E-Retail Manager. The intern will contribute to the success of Louis Vuitton's digital retail operations by assisting in various digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, consequently supporting the digital performance, with a focus of Netherlands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the launch and localization of the Louis Vuitton website for the Dutch market. Deliver the expected Louis Vuitton brand image and experience to the clients in the Netherlands through LV.com.
- Collaborate with the back-office team and logistics department to optimize the delivery experience of e-commerce clients. Identify logistics issues and work across departments to resolve them.
- Assist in collecting and analysing data related to website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour.
- Use data insights to make data-driven recommendations for improving the online retail experience and marketing efforts.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage clients and drive sales.
