The Compensation and Benefit Project Specialist will provide a lead role in managing our upcoming Payroll migration project, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and user experience. You will be highly analytical with excellent communication skills, supporting the Compensation & Benefits & HRIS Manager to ensure a timely delivery of the project. Additionally, the role will actively contribute to managing Payroll activities; supporting our population of 16 stores and Head Office team for the UK, Ireland and South Africa region. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility for extension or mobility on successful completion.
