OVERALL MISSION: As the Client Development & Events Director you will be an ambassador of the brand and act as the regional expert for the Benelux & Nordics network to develop the brand’s business by increasing client loyalty and identifying and seizing client recruitment and development opportunities. You will develop an annual budget and client development strategy for all stores within the region in line with the brand’s vision, defining and monitoring client related objectives for each store and support the implementation of the zone’s client development priorities adapted to the local market. You will lead and inspire the Client Development, Events and Communications team, and animate the local store network through an active presence in stores. DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: In addition, the Client Development and Events Director is responsible for the development and performance of the direct report, as well as be an active member of the Louis Vuitton Benelux and Nordics Management Team.
