- Job Title: Assistant PR Manager – Celeb & KOL

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement celebrities / influencer marketing identifying the challenges and opportunities, setting up action plans.
- Ensure thorough contract review and negotiation to secure favorable terms for our celebrity's endorsements and partnerships.
- Sample & Product pulls for celebrities/ influencer requests, assist in dressing opportunities, daily requests related to celebrities / influencers
- Efficiently coordinate all logistic arrangements for our celebrity appearances and events to ensure seamless and successful experiences.
- Coordinate and execute publicity campaigns and strategies to enhance the public image of our celebrity.
- Monitor and follow up celebrity/influencer exposure in daily basis, competitive research, and compiling weekly & monthly reports.
- Overall coordination and assistance on all product PR activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, gossip, and news related to celebrities and the entertainment world.
- Prepare regular reports on Ambassador and competitor's activities and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with talent agencies and management companies to ensure seamless communication, alignment of goals, contract review, and logistics coordination
- Develop relationships with celebrity & related business partners including stylists, editors etc.
