- Position: Assistant MD (Merchandising) Manager – Men's Shoes

The job aims to deliver the business plan in line with the Company strategy for the product range, utilizing the support and strength within the Merchandising team and support Merchandising Manager to lead the team to success. In detail, the job is to guarantee a complete overview on qualitative stock level in terms of volume, feasible and supportive sales stock to maintain operational merchandise status at all times. The job includes also the Seasonal Buy on Men's Shoes and support of MRTW and be responsible for the Shoes category sales.
Men's Shoes Category Business Management:
- Analyze & generate periodical sales and KPI report and propose appropriate action to take
- Develop category strategy for upcoming season based on country specific market insights and new product initiatives
- Successfully execute season collections, partner effectively with cross functional team as Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Stylists and Headquarters influencing on key decisions to deliver the strategic directions for Shoes category
- Monitor, control products performance with target sell-through
- Study and research competitors trend, pricings to actively communicate with corporate merchants to build right positioning for the market
- Season collection training preparation (materials, modelarios, verbal training)
Seasonal Collection Buy:
- Build season OTB based on historical sales analysis & sales target to reflect collection buy
- Participate collection buy in HQ of Paris 4 times a year to select and range product assortment by stores based on store profile
- Be responsible on every aspect of buying process and the result
Men's Universe Support:
- Assist Merchandising Manager (inspire, motivate, coach, nurture and develop) and to further develop and grow in Korea
- Generate sales & inventory reports in regular basis of RTW & SHOES
- Event support in diverse aspect (product preparation, track deliveries, set targets and assortments)
- Be align, execute transversal activities with MRTW (styling, sales focus etc.)
