The incumbent will participate actively in all issues related to the reporting and analysis of financial performance for our retail business and support budgeting/forecasting processes. Will also ensure appropriate compliance to financial related policies; controls are in place and the market’s financial teams are adhering to regional/global policies and procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide consolidated EBIT data for the market within the specified time
- Provide periodic insightful analysis on the Market’s performance in the prescribed management reporting format
- Review of client / country performance, collaborate with finance / business teams to obtain underlying reasons / drivers for the result
- Support annual budget and as-required forecast submission for the market by working with the countries, commercial and corporate team
- Provide guidance on the proper usage of cost center, service type, charge codes, profit sharing and vendor logistics accounts
- Review qualitative and quantitative analysis for all request for funds for capital expenditure
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
- Ensure that appropriate compliance to financial related policies and controls are in place and that market's financial teams are adhering to group policies and procedures on a local level
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects undertaken by the Company
