As an Administrative Assistant for our Head Office, you will be having the following missions:
- Managing the timetable, travels and expenses of the General Manager & CFO
- Supporting the members of the Management Team on divers topics ( travel, time table, visits..,..)
- Prepare the presentations and organize the seminars for the Region
- Participate to the organisation of internals events and creation of gifting
- Support the CFO on legal topics
- Manage the clients’ complaints and authorities requisitions with Legal department
- Follow up on all the contracts (leases, maintenance,…) of the stores for new addendum or termination letter
- Support HR department on administrative topic (work certificate, employees accommodation, travel arrangements)
- Support Head Office on administrative topic (internal communication, office supply order, mail management, invoice management …)
