[Position] C&B Manager
The incumbent will be leading Compensation & Benefits, playing a strategic role in ensuring the competitiveness in the market and maintaining C&B best practices. Managing regular compensation and benefit tasks as well as labor cost budgeting and performance management, working closely with global compensation team to ensure global guidelines are well implemented.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
Develop compensation strategy including variable pay scheme review to ensure pay for performance and market competitiveness.
Organize and process annual salary review, promotion and market catch up.
Conduct a comprehensive review of all C&B processes to ensure compliance to company’s policy, efficiency & best practice, implementing changes where necessary.
Participate in market surveys and analysis compensation competitiveness vs. market and benchmark
Manage performance appraisal cycle and system.
Assist people managers to follow up performance management activities on the system, including new appraisers training.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures when necessary.
Initiate and implement employee engagement activities.
HR policy review for government legislation revision, company policy enhancement, global policy alignment, etc.
Organize regular labor management committee
Budget & Headcount Planning and analysis:
Plan labour cost budget and headcount in line with company’s business objectives.
Closely monitor people related cost and analyze the variance vs. plan.
- Experience as a HR Manager (C&B experience is a must)
- Experience in a retail luxury brand is a plus
- B.A. degree
- Business level of English
